A very mixed experience. We needed to install a new range and downdraft ventilation in an existing kitchen island and it was clearly a bit of a complicated project. Our sales person was always responsive and I think tried quite hard to be helpful. However, our installer was quite difficult to work with and we ended up having someone else complete the installation. It turns out that our installer was an independent contractor and did not work for CAFD directly and I think that was where most of our problems arose. I would just be a bit cautious if you have a project with any kind of complicated installation or coordination. Of note, we did actually buy a fireplace insert from CAFD a few years back and the measurement and installation for that project did not go completely smoothly either.
We purchased a new washer vis telephone and email. Andi was very helpful and professional. She provided several options, we chose one and scheduled installation. Mike, our installer and his assistant were also very friendly and professional and got the job done in short order. All in all, a terrific experience!
My wife and I had to rebuild our kitchen due to a house fire and Andi was amazing to work with! She was patient and caring and literally made the process seamless. We can't thank her enough! We can't possibly recommend her and CAFD enough!
I've purchased appliances at CAFD for years. Excellent service every time. They stand by their products, and their sales staff is very informative on the products they sell. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase appliances to check out CAFD before looking somewhere else.
Was very pleased overall with this company! All the items came in good condition, all the installers were easy to work with. The sales team was knowledgeable about their products, and worked with me for my budget (ask for Andi 👍). One item for my order had a delivery delay. CAFD handled the delay professionally and the new delivery time they advised was met! This is good place to consider for appliances and fireplaces!
