Hot dogs and everything are excellent. Cole slaw is house made and wonderful. Sit inside our out on patio. Worth the trip. This is the same great Carol's Lunch box, just at a new location not far away. Now there is inside seating.

Carol’s Lunchbox at Westwoods, formally known as just Carol’s Lunchbox, is reborn at Farmington’s Westwoods golf course. Carol has teamed up with her nephew Mike to expand the menu considerably in their much larger space. The hot dog in all its varieties still rules supreme but there are many many more options— house made salads, sandwiches, finger foods, and sides. Despite the promising thought of one of Carol’s famous dogs, I chose the sausage patty, onions and peppers on a brioche bun with a cup of absolutely delightful potato salad on the side (red skinned potatoes with mayo, spices and NOT a lot of extra crap mixed in — outstanding). A freshly squeezed lemon and fresh watermelon slushy rounded out the meal nicely— as incredibly tasty as it was, I was informed it would be even more so with some Tito‘s vodka added. Another fabulous addition to Carol’s is a liquor license so a decent variety of adult beverages are also available! Great lunch, reasonable price
