We had a technician (Daeshaun) come to our house on 12/17/25. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. As a gay man sometimes having strange people entering your safe space can feel a bit overwhelming and this experience was anything but. He was professional, kind, & extremely helpful. I would highly recommend
I was searching for a refurbished washing machine and they definitely helped me find one. Answered all my questions and everyone I came into contact with was respectful. I’ve washed a few loads already in the washer and so far so good!! I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new or used washer or any appliance!
My experience with Ferrari’s in Naugatuck was extremely easy from start to finish. Every employee I came in contact with was pleasant to talk to, helpful and efficient also.
The delivery and repair personnel who dealt with removing and installing washing machines were friendly and respectful of my residence and patient with all my questions.
Dashaun was especially hard-working, spending a considerable amount of time finding the problem with my older washer.
I am impressed with this local business and will surely come back to them for future needs.
I had a fridge scheduled to be replaced today and had the pleasure of working with Josh and his colleague. The old fridge was quite large and tricky to remove due to the tight doorway, but with Josh’s patience and determination, they managed to get it out safely. They then easily installed the new, smaller fridge which is now running great, thanks again for the great work!
Dashaun is a real asset to the Ferrari family. Professional, Knowledgeable, & Personable. He repaired our washer & took the time to explain how to avoid future problems. Did what he said he'd do, when he said he'd do it! Seems unheard of today. He is the epitome of REAL Customer Service. So may tout the words, but do not have a clue what it actually is. Keep up the good work Dashaun. Rare to see such a young man with old school customer service knowledge.
