Doctor Chang expresses himself in a very professional manner with an outstanding bedside manner. He articulates himself extremely well so there’s no questioning his diagnoses.
Professional and courteous service. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and includes you in discussing treatment.
Dr Chang is efficient and professional. He explains why he's ordering procedures. And goes over test results. Good bedside manner.Dr Chang has an easy bedside manner. He explains what he wants to do for my condition and why. He answers my questions and I don't have to wait excessively. And I adore Carmen the med assistant. She's so friendly I feel like I'm talking to my girlfriend. All the other assistants are fine but I always look forward to seeing Carmen and I'm disappointed when it's her day off. I've had tons of doctors appointments of late and no one compared to her. Kudos to Carmen and Dr Chang.
I recently have had reason to have a consultation with Dr. Chang. It was not my 1st experience meeting with Dr.Chang for a consultation. My son was diagnosed with a tumor several years ago and Dr. Chang was his consulting physician at the time, as well. Thankfully it was benign and I think Dr.Chang was almost as happy as we were when we found out, lol. Dr Chang is kind hearted, patient, to the point and extremely knowledgeable. He listens to you and all of your questions and try’s his very best to answer them all and explain everything in simple, straightforward terms. He has a very calming effect on people and relaxes you immediately, upon meeting him. He understands how frightened most of his patients are when 1st coming to him and he does his best to try to put you at ease while you wait for tests to be ordered and results to come back. He’s highly experienced, knowledgeable and qualified and a valuable asset to our medical community. The people on his staff are professional, polite, helpful and very supportive. His office (Southington office), is clean and bright and easy to access. There’s plenty of parking, with good handicap access and wheelchairs available.
