I had an exceptional experience with Jenskates LLC. Jen was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive from start to finish. She took the time to let me try on multiple pairs of skates and went into real detail about the differences between them and what she would recommend based on my needs.
She heat-warmed the boots for fitting, fully heat-molded the pair I ended up purchasing, and sharpened the blades—all with care and precision. As an adult beginner skater, being treated with that level of respect and thoughtfulness was truly a breath of fresh air in today’s world.
The shop is by appointment only, which made the experience feel personal and unrushed. Jen is very down-to-earth and genuinely pleasant to be around, which made the entire process even better. I couldn’t recommend Jenskates LLC more highly, especially for anyone who wants expert guidance and excellent customer care.
Jenn was very personable! She took the time out to explain all the different skates. She was very knowledgeable and extremely patience which is everything to me 🥰
Jen was extremely friendly and helpful! She helped us pick the right skates and showed us how to properly situate our feet to avoid discomfort. It was a great experience for beginner hobbyists, and we even got to talk to her about gardening. I highly recommend her shop, I will definitely going back if I ever need additional skating equipment.
Very down to earth and honest! Jen fit my daughter's skates, didn't try to oversell anything. Plus, the skates were a better price than buying online, then having to take the skates to a shop and getting charged extra for the heat molding and sharpening. My go to shop from now on! Thank you Jen!
My mom and I made an appointment to find ourselves a pair of skates for our group lessons. The process to book was very easy. Once we got there Jen was welcoming and already very easy to talk to. She helped my mom try on several skates until we found the ones for her. I was more of an easy time haha! But at no point did it feel like we were rushed at all. Very nice experience. Chill, laid back, and just an overall good time. Jen taught us a lot about skates too, since we're just beginners. Highly recommend. Thank you Jen!
