They've been transporting my daughter back and forth from school for almost a year now and I have not a single complaint. They have always been awesome and on time and even are nice enough to give me a courtesy call on the days that I'M running late and a complete mess lol. They've always been right on top of everything and the one day that there was some sort of mix up they were super apologetic and willing to send someone out for her right away. They've always been super great and my daughter has never complained about a driver, I think she has had a fair share of them and they have all been very friendly and respectful. If you can pick, I highly recommend kids wheels
