Hey, great experience. John was great and attentive to my needs and took ownership of making sure the orthotic fit and worked perfectly to correct my collapsed arch!

This is, what I believe to be the number one spot to have custom orthotics made. Not only is Roberta an absolute genius at evaluating, diagnosing and fitting an orthotic to your foot, she has various options for different price points.

There is a reason why folk fly in from other parts of the country to have their feet assessed and fit to an orthotic here! I walked throughout Europe 2 months ago pain-free!

My husband and young son also see Roberta and it is worth every cent to fly to CT so she can evaluate our feet and fit us to custom orthotics.

I've been everywhere, prior to meeting her, and the average establishment claiming to make custom orthotics is just not the same. Roberta does a full scale evaluation of your foot, noting how it moves, concerns, etc and "ranks" it among a trademarked scale she actually created to help patients to know the "type" of foot problem they have and how to counter it with the correct sneaker. For her, this is a science and an art and not just about fitting an orthotic to your foot that might not work. Because of her "process" it's right every time.

Not every day you meet a genuine expert on feet and orthopaedic issues. Very thorough examination and custom measurement. Roberta was awesome and so helpful. No question was stupid.
We got great inserts with custom fit. We also got matching sneakers for our feet type right in the store.
    Highly recommended.

As a patient since 2007, I'd like to give a huge shout out to John Olin for his expertise and professionalism in working with me to custom fit my AFO braces. Due to a SCI, my feet were paralyzed and atrophied, leaving a pronounced arch and weakness all around. Since 1993 I've worn these on both feet, EVERYDAY! Let's just say they're important to me in providing the freedom I lost to just walk around without them. My insurance allows new braces every so-many-years, so since 1993, I've had different providers, until I met John in 2007.
Well, I ended up relocating across the State. When the time came I needed new braces, the drive was too much so I went to a local Orthotic guy (won't mention any names) and let me say...HUGE MISTAKE! Night and day difference. John is the Grandmaster of what he does and I couldn't recommend him enough. He listens and genuinely cares about you and takes great pride in helping you. The office staff has been wonderful in working with me, my doctor and insurance company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
