Angela was so nice and gentle with me, if you get nervous or squeamish with blood draw, ask for Angela! Quick easy and painless. She made me feel so comfortable.
I used to drive from waterbury to Thomaston to see Angela now she's in Watertown so much easier if you need blood drawn she's the one you have to see. She's the best very professional and never leaves a mark on my arm
A few days ago I had a wonderful experience with Angela, I told Angela how people tend to not find my veins and poke me 6-8x. However Angela was super understanding, gentle, and she was able to find my veins with no problems! Would definitely recommend getting your blood drawn by her to everyone! :)

The staff here is the friendliest around. They work hard to ensure that patients do not have to wait a long time like other labs. I get my blood drawn at least once a month and their consistent professionalism keeps me choosing this sight above all others! Keep up the great work!
