Yankee Harley-Davidson

Dee was wonderful she showed me a bunch of used bikes till we found the perfect one Love it.

I purchased a 2025 Iron Horse Metallic Low Rider S from Yankee Harley-Davidson today, and the entire experience was excellent. As this is my first Harley, I had a multitude of questions to help inform the right decision for me, probably more than the average customer. Brandon, Paul, and Nicole were outstanding throughout the process and always quick to respond via email, text, and phone.

Brandon worked hard to put together a great deal for me and to get me out of my previous bike. Paul provided an excellent delivery experience, and I could immediately tell that he genuinely cared about me, my experience, and ensuring I left the lot confident with both the controls and the tech. Nicole was thorough and transparent during the commercial aspects of the deal and offered sound advising throughout the process.

I’m thrilled with my new bike, and my decision to work with the Yankee Harley-Davidson team. I’d highly recommend them to anyone considering their next Harley.

I will start that before getting my fatboy, I wasn't a HD guy, I like the Yamaha FZ07/09, after researching and within or after covid struggles, I couldn't get the motorcycle that I wanted. I continue doing a research about the brand on the area, and theyre not a lot of demand on Yamaha. So, I read about HD, brand and the HD family and lifestyle and I love it. At the beginning I visited one of the most named HD dealers in Hartford, and I hate it, they want me to sell probably the motorcycle that no one wants, after multiple conversations and ask for a test drive they denied and I say "no thanks, it is a $15k bike that I dont know how will even performed), so get disappointed and dropped the ball. After sharing wirh a friend, he mentioned that HD dealers are different and suggested to research foe different dealer and get a HD.

After checking reviews of all dealers in CT area, I found Yankee HD comments, many or almost all people leave or have good reviews about this dealer, additionally they have the best price.

So, I stopped by, looking for an Iron 883, the sales guy let me drive it including my condition of +30 of test drive to see how my legs and bottom feels, after the drive I hate the motorcycle, Im 5'11, so, a little bit tall. After the deception, j saw the pretty sexy red cherry Fat Boy 115th anniversary edition, and just seeing it, I fall in love, so I asked for the test driving and they just mentioned that price of this was double of the one that I saw, and I accept. After driving rhe Fat boy for 30 minutes, I just love it, and then start the purchase process that it is pretty easy, I get finance for 7 years (I payed in 2), pre-own certified, and all great.

I had a couple of "experiences" with the motorcycle, but Yankee people involve store manager, and he happy took all concerns and address them. I want to highlight that as machineries/machines/pieces of metal, they fail, and other places will probably drop it, for a simple battery damaged, yankee or their team replace battery, re-check all motorcycle things, make the oil change for free, and additionally a gift card thaf I use for the LED upgrade on my bike.

I do recommend 100% Yankee HD, I visited other dealers and even if is 45 min from my place, I enjoyed the drive and continue visiting this dealer in specific (from my home, I passed 4 others dealers), but this is the ONE!!!!, they have many bikes in stock and Im sure that they'll find whatever youre looking for, they wont be better prices than here. I met Dee today, lol, I just stopped to replace my bike tired and she abbord me with an amazing attitude and being super friendly, I saw that she is the main Sales person (I follow Yankee in Social Media).

Last but not least, they just have the new Fat Boy 30 anniversary Ghost color, it is just beautiful thing.

Thanks Yankee HD for this great experience, I have an inconvenient with my motorcycle and the whole team commits to fix it as soon as possible, it happens on the week of my wedding, I mentioned and they just fixed fast and adjust to my schedule, I'll recommend this place for the attention, service, competitive prices and response! Out of all the Harley dealerships we visited, this one was the best. The selections and range of prices were great, and the staff was awesome and so helpful. Jose helped us through the entire process, and when we had an issue with financing and had to wait to pick up our bike, they had it delivered to our home. They were very clear on their pricing, which was not the occurrence at other dealers, and they made sure we were aware of every fee that was included in our purchase. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. If we buy another bike, this is definitely the dealership we would use again. The one thing I would say that isn't a big deal is if you don't know where the dealership is you will miss it the first time you drive by due to the sign not being easily seen when your coming up on the building.
