Everyone is nice and knowledgeable and understanding. We feel well taken care of here. We have a 2 year old and a newborn who get excellent care from all the doctors, especially our primary, Dr. Jones. Stephanie at the front desk is super nice and helpful. Overall, I think they have a nice balance is science-based and holistic medicine and don’t over prescribe anything. They patiently answer all our questions and make us feel heard. And they believe in preventative medicine!
I’ve seen several doctors here for my son and they’ve all been great, but I have to say Dr Rebecca Reed is by far the best doctor I’ve seen for him. My son was in the hospital for his labored breathing and they didn’t end up doing much wanting his body to fight it, but Dr Reed gave me so much peace of mind the next day when she tried an albuterol treatment and checked his breathing was better before we left. Not only that but she then called me later on at night the same day to check on my son and me and see how we were doing cause she knew how nervous I was. You can tell Dr. Reed truly loves and cares about her patients and she goes the extra mile for them. No one has ever called me after business hours to see how i was doing, I love her so much. We need more people like her in this world.
The Mansfield team is absolutely amazing! They’ve been taking care of our son since he was born, he’s now 16 and I wouldn’t take him anywhere else. Dr. Reed is a wonderful doctor — patient, attentive, and truly dedicated. She takes the time to get to know her patients and always makes us feel cared for and understood. I’m so grateful for the entire team!
I have been taking my kids to Advocare since my oldest was a newborn in 1999 - all of the providers are competent and caring. I never have to wait when we have an appointment the office is always running on time. Our favorite doc retired but we have settled in nicely with other providers. I couldn't recommend this practice more, they are wonderful.
