My girlfriend sold her house in Pennsylvania and moved to Manchester to be with me. My first 10x20 storage unit was not going to be big enough to fit all her belongings, so went to the rental office and spoke with Chuck about a second unit. Lucky for me they had 1 available. I reserved it on line and Monday morning met up with John. Again, as with the first unit, the process was simple and fast. John went over and above to help me in anyway he could. I can't say enough for everyone at American storage. Thanks John for everything you did to make a stressful situation easier.

Great customer service experience I had at this storage space. John was a pleasure and went above and beyond showing me my unit, filling out paperwork, and even offering to put the lock on for me on my new unit (I had my daughter waiting in the car). Highly recommend!
I met and did business with both John’s-Sr. and Jr. They were both very friendly, courteous and professional. I rented 2 units from them and I will refer this storage facility to anyone who asks for a recommendation.
My husband and I just signed up for the storage unit on Tuesday. The process was quick and painless. The gentleman in the office, I believe his name was John, what's very welcoming and kind. He showed us the locations of the ones he had available, (in the size we wanted) so we were able to pick the one we wanted. The price was great too!
I have been using another storage company for some time, as it is very close to my house, but they really raked me over the coals, doubling the cost of my unit in less than a year. I saw this place while driving by one day, and decided to give them a try. I was greeted by Chuck, a very pleasant gentleman who signed me up and showed me to my unit. I got mine in the climate controlled building. The facility is well maintained, and has a nice sized cargo elevator. And perhaps best of all, it has 24 hour access, which definitely will come in handy. And their prices are more reasonable than the bigger competition. If you are needing some storage space, give Chuck a call, and he'll take care of you.
