The sales person I believe is Joel. He was very helpful and honest and got our furniture to us in 2 days. Delivery guys were very polite and put everything where we wanted it. Justin and his team were so great to work with in our purchase of a new mattress for our teen daughter. Love Berk's! Great customer service - Dave is our favorite sales guy. He is knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and follows up. You can find anything from simple seating to custom made sofas, and design accessories. Amy was extremely helpful in assisting with design options. We continue to go back over the years,
and they continue to stay relevant in the market and hold the bar high for customer service.
I will be buying my furniture from here from now on. Amazing customer service! I wasn’t hounded by the sales team, and they really listened to our wants/ needs, and helped us out with suggestions and matching! They delivered my couch in one week and it took about 20 minutes. All around would recommend for customer service and the quality of their furniture.
