The entire staff from front desk, nurses, aides,dietary,and therapists is ABSOLUTELY AND EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. I'D RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT TO OTHER FAMILIES.
Erika at the front desk is extremely friendly and an asset to the facility. When you enter, she goes out of her way to welcome you and offer assistance in any way she can. She is also very friendly and personable to the residents who sometimes enjoy sitting in the lobby for a change of scenery.
Mercedes, Ashley, & Laura(an agency aide) are the Best examples of what an aide is and should be. I commend them for their ethics, care, and integrity.The nurses also answered any questions that were asked and gave very good care. Our entire experience at Marcella was excellent.
Marcella has taken really good care of my mother-in-law. The personal care staff is kind and attentive. The nursing staff has been vigilant. And the physical and occupational therapists have been instrumental in mom regaining her strength. Thank you all so much!
After my father was at two rehab and he did not like it, but at Marcella, their nurses team welcome him with open arms and welcome to family. We like how the nurses and the staff come and check on him when we’re there and he has not complained yet again thank you.
