Dr Stein is a good doctor and we enjoy seeing her. That said if I had zero stars on getting to see her, thats what I would give. The office is dirty and bathrooms are dirty. You will wait close to an hour and a half after your scheduled time to see her. The office staff doesn’t answer the phone so there is no way to call to see if the dr is running late. Last but not least the other patients waiting are rude with cell phone videos blaring and no staff policing them. Its such a terrible experience that it may not be with seeing Dr Stein as good as she may be.
Dr. Beth Stein is always so reassuring and professional, but also warm. I have seen other neurologists in the past, but Dr. Stein is my favorite. I have gone to see her for my carpal tunnel syndrome, and she has offered me advice and relief on multiple occasions. Highly recommended.
Dr. Stein is a wonderful and kind doctor. She goes out of her way for her patients. My experience with Dr. Stein has been nothing short of fantastic. I trust her and feel extremely comfortable with her. She is a smart, compassionate, and highly qualified doctor. No need to look any further.
My experience with Dr Stein was very pleasing. She listened to all the symptoms I explained and she greeted me with such joy. The medical assistant that works for her was also such a pleasure to talk too. They made me feel very comfortable and looking forward to being in their care.
