I had a fantastic experience with Elite Body Works in Atco, NJ. Jeff took one look at our vehicle and immediately knew what was needed to remove the sap and restore the paint to a brilliant shine.

His expertise and efficiency were impressive, and the results speak for themselves—our car looks brand new.

While I understand Elite's owner quickly dismissing my fully repaired pickup for a full paint job because he said "We only do collision work", it would have been in his best interest to get off his office chair and actually LOOK at how detailed my truck's bodywork was completed, ready for a masking and scuff and paint. If his painter knows how to mix and spray paint, the whole job would've taken less than a day to do, at $3500+. The attitude of "we're fine without your work", after we trusted him to repair collision damage on our Minivan earlier, I took the time to consider Elite, and got not a nice experience- when I'd be the one paying ca$h. Cannot say I'd recommend or use his business again, since there's a hundred other body shops in South Jersey.

Elite Body Works was one of the few auto body shops who were able to repair my car after two minor accidents within the timeframe I needed to take a road trip. The work they completed makes my car look better than when I had first bought it. They also kept in contact with me to provide status updates, figure out adjustments, and service an additional tire needing replacement. Will absolutely return to have my Miata evaluated in the near future. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

I was referred to Elite Body Works after hitting a deer. I needed a door replacement and paint.

Areas of review :

Customer service - excellent. They were busy so I had to call for updates, but always friendly and professional. Females tend to get taken advantage of or experience other weird behavior, so if you are a female this is a safe space! No creeps!

Part replacement- everything was aligned and sealed correctly. Also provided warranty.

Paint match - excellent, exact color of vehicle.

Time frame - I was advised that it would be approximately 3 days, ended up being 5 because of part delay (out of their control and worth the wait).

Pricing - compared to other quotes I received, the cost was fair and lower or equal to other shops. I was also advised of other repair options that were less expensive.

*Bonus*: They washed my truck, which a lot of auto body shops haven't done for me in the past. Also was informed that there were some warning lights on and advised to get it checked out. I knew about the sensors being damaged in the front, but the fact that he informed me was much appreciated.

Overall I am extremely satisfied with the repair, as this truck has sentimental value. I would definitely recommend others to patron this business!
