I had the oil changed and asked for quotes for necessary repairs. Their price was much lower than my Lincoln dealer had quoted me. They did the work in a timely and professional fashion. The owner, mechanics and staff are very friendly and professional. The facility is always neat, clean and organized. I highly recommend this repair shop for all your auto repair needs.

We got tired of dealing with our local car dealerships treating us just like another number. Working with Pete, was different. He listened to our concerns about our vehicle and the noise it was starting to make. He was able to squeeze us into his work schedule. Pete timely called us back with his assessment of what needed to be fixed and why. Our car was treated like it was his own and much better than either of our car dealerships have done. Repairs were made. When we came back to pick up our car, Pete showed us the old parts and exactly why they were bad. His prices were fair. We will be switching to Pete for all of our cars needs. This was a much easier and less stressful repair appointment.
As a first time customer I was extremely impressed with the personable and professional customer service. I needed new brakes and dropped my car off Thursday night. It was ready for me by Friday afternoon. I will be sure to prioritize IM Auto for future occasions
