The agency has been easy to deal with. They have provided us with good aides- friendly, helpful and engaging.

I don’t know where to begin regarding my experience with Griswold Home Care.

My elderly relative had a terminal illness, and Griswold held my hand through the entire process. Our care plan coordinator was kind and compassionate, our case manager Tristan was top notch and incredibly supportive and attentive to our needs. We had a variety of caregivers and each one was kind and compassionate even when the patient was not.

If you are in the position to care for a relative at home but you can’t do it on your own, I would highly recommend the staff at Griswold for your caretaking needs. The one to one attention you will receive far exceeds any nursing home facility.

If looking for help with your loved ones, we have had wonderful experiences with the team at Griswold. It starts with the support and staffing, and then on to the kind, wonderful caretakers. We highly recommend this agency! It is a huge comfort knowing your loved ones are in caring hands.

Tristen is an excellent coordinator. He finds out what services you need an quickly sets up a list of aids. He has a pleasant personality an always willing to help. The aids he has assigned to help me have been well qualified in doing there jobs. I have been well satisfied with Tristen and the aids he has assigned to me. Should I need home service again I will contact Tristen.

We have been working with Griswold for a little over a year now. I honestly don't know where we would be without them. From the beginning Lauren and Kathy made the transition from rehab to home seamless! Our caregiver Jayea has become like family. I can't thank the whole Griswold staff enough for being so compassionate and making such a difference in our lives!
