The director and therapists are amazing. The culture here is lovely and everyone here feels like they really care. There are often waitlists but this isn’t old school ABA. It isn’t compliance over care, it’s just working with kids struggles in ways that work for them.
My daughter has been enrolled at Helping Hands Family (Mount laurel) for about 6 months. She has learned so much in a short time due to the incredible staff. The RBTs, BCBAs, and management are fabulous! They genuinely care about your child and want the best for them. I absolutely love it here and my daughter is excited to go everyday. Highly recommend!
The communication and level of professionalism from the initial intake call through my child receiving services has been amazing. HHF Mt Laurel was recommended to me by a family friend who is a BCBA and while there was a wait to get onboarded - the wait was worth it. My child's BCBA picked great ABAs to match my kiddo's personality and needs and days when we don't have ABA they are asking to see their aides from ABA. So beyond grateful for HHF being a part of our village!
We are very happy with our son attending ABA at helping hands. The care and support they have for the kids and family has been great. We have seen him make huge strides over the past 9 months since he started therapy. Staff is wonderful and consistent which I know is often hard to find when looking for therapists bc most places have high turnover rates. Would def recommend to others!
My daughter has made so much progress with Helping Hands Family. Starting during the peak
Of the pandemic, they were able to come into our home (with appropriate precautions) and work with a child who hadn’t seen progress with telehealth sessions of outpatient OT. Going to the clinic is also a fun experience. My daughter loves playing with the different toys and through play, is actually meeting several goals set forth by the bcba. The bcba continues to modify goals as initial ones are met. She loves her technician. They have a good relationship with our daycare and my daughter has come so far with social skills with her peers. Having such a great ABA home has helped my daughter learn and grow in such a short amount of time.
