    Ease of making appointment, answered my call right away a day prior and had numerous times available for me to bring my car in and wait with it. They were quick and efficient and provided a complimentary car wash as well for the exterior. After working in dealerships for many years, it was easy to see how personable the staff was and accommodating. My advisor, Dean, was very kind and delivered on these values of customer service. I will be returning for any and all of my service needs with him!

    Just wanted to say thank you to Dean Magnavita my service advisor. He kept me informed on the whole process of my Honda Pilot and sent me what they found and would like to fix. His customer service skills are impeccable. He also got me a military discount of 250 dollars off a 3500 dollar bill. I appreciated that a lot and this shop is always spot on with repair work. Great job again to Dean Magnavita my service advisor.

    The service department was able to schedule my appointment on the same day that I called. I needed an annual check-up. They took my coupon which helped save me money on the final charges. I didn't wait for the car, so they sent me a text when the check-up was done to let me know what needed to be fixed. They listed the items that needed to be fixed, so I knew the cost of each repair, then I could decide how much I wanted to spend. I was able to give them the go-ahead through the text. It wasn't much longer before I got a call to let me know that the car was ready to be picked up. We have been buying our cars from Honda of Tom's River for many years, and have always taken our cars there for annual check-ups and repairs. I can happily say that we have never been disappointed in the service we have received, or the costs of our car purchases or service appointments. We feel very comfortable going there, because we know that we will be treated very well. We always recommend Honda of Tom's River to our friends and family, and will continue to do so.

    The staff is kind and courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. They are always prompt in their time working on my vehicles they do the main inspection for all of my car and recommend any updates that need to be made there are always diligent to review the mileage counter to see what service is required for the mileage that is on the vehicle I I only have my car serviced at Honda of Toms River due to the fact that I purchased the car there and I'm very happy with the service customer service the service department the entire staff is accommodating and knowledgeable and very respectful they also pick me up and drive me home anytime I need it when they're working on my vehicle and when I wait for my vehicle they're waiting room is clean and their coffee station is well stocked. I heard a rattling noise while idling, and they said it was rocks under the heat pan. They took me without an appointment and didn't charge me anything to diagnose and fix the problem. Love my Honda service center. 💞
