I have had healthcare aid, Linda, for about 6 months now and am very happy with the service she gives - takes great care of my husband, offers extra help, and is so pleasant and easy to talk to and deal with. Also, if I need anything or have questions, Debbie is always available and keeps in touch with me of any changes. Finally, some home health care companies require a certain about of hours (that I can’t afford) and Interim offers less hours making it possible for me to get the help and relief I need.

Your company is outstanding. I am wheelchair bound and have varied needs. You provided me with a warm, caring, and responsible person in Cassie. She goes above and beyond mt expectations. Thank you.

I had a multi level spinal fusion on March 19, 2025, when I first met Ms. Katie Mannon, who was assigned to me by the agency. Little did I know then how extremely fortunate and blessed I would truly be under her care. Katie’s compassion and genuine heartfelt care with each visit made a difficult situation, more bearable.

Katie took immediate action with notifying all parties of the decline in my healing and well being due to an infection that was not treated in rehab, that then cause the wound to fully open and my pain level to significantly increase. I had another surgery on April 11, 2025, to rectify these issues.

After leaving the rehabilitation hospital, with a wound vac device and drain bulb, I insisted upon Katie being the returning nurse.

To say thank you alone is truly not enough. However, it’s the best way in a review to express my gratitude. Ms. Katie Mannon, is 5 stars !!!

My therapist were Ms. Bijita PT and Mr Amitraj. OT. The two of them were the perfect combination for my situation. I wish I could keep them as my therapist. I know I would progress very nicely. Thanks again for allowing them to handle my after surgery care.

I used this healthcare service so I could travel to visit family. I appreciated the fact that they would accommodate my need for hourly, rather than four hour shifts. Kind and caring people run this business and it gave me the confidence to leave my loved one without anxiety. They employ people who do their job but also bring comfort and friendship to their clients. To me, making my loved one’s day was really impressive. Certified, bonded and insured. Ten stars.
