We were DESPERATE to have some river stone delivered immediately as our project was derailed by another landscape supply company. Spoke with Shawn and couldn't be happier how he dealt with our unique situation. He went "over and above" when giving us his personal cell phone number so we could send him a picture of what we needed and he could send us a picture of what they had. Two hour turn-around time on a Saturday morning and 40 minutes away. We were able to complete our project on time and it's ALL because of Kattner. Will DEFINATELY look to Kattner for our future landscape product needs; you should too. Can't thank Shawn enough for helping us out. VERY customer satisfaction oriented company.
