The Giving Nest is, without a doubt, the best preschool experience our family could have hoped for. We've had three children go through the school, at every level, from Chickadees (2s) to Wise Owls (Kindergarten), and our experience has been consistent year after year. The staff is amazing and truly treats each child like family. It's clean and incredibly well-organized, but beyond that, the teachers go above and beyond to provide magical experiences. Just this year, our kids enjoyed a visit from a portable planetarium, watched chicks hatch, planted a garden, raised butterflies, had visits from baby goats, participated in class picnics, learned about community helpers, performed in shows, and more. My kindergartener even wrote and presented his own book at the “Author’s Tea” this year.
Our children received a play-based, developmentally appropriate education that prepared them beautifully for first grade and beyond. The teachers are exceptional. They are loving, creative, and get to know each child as an individual. The friendships formed among the children are just as special. The school fosters a wonderful sense of community and communication with families is excellent. We will truly miss everyone at The Giving Nest, and will always be grateful for the foundation it provided our kids.
Great school! It is such a warm, friendly, and caring learning environment. Last year we had our child in another local preschool that was the complete opposite. Making the switch to The Giving Nest was a decision we'll never regret!
