Before coming to Performance Physical Therapy, I had tried a couple of other physical therapists, and I often felt like the sessions were not leading to any kind of progress. It's a completely different experience here. I feel like I'm being challenged to improve and that my care is comprehensive and effective.
While I haven't reached 100% recovery yet, I have definitely noticed considerable improvements in my condition. Dr. Brady is exceptionally attentive and dedicated. He works diligently to ensure I understand my injury, the treatment process, and what I need to do for effective healing. I highly recommend their services.

Working with Joel Menendez for 2years has, despite the pain, been a pleasure! Joel has rehabbed my knee before and after replacement. He has rehabbed my ankle after replacement. After these sessions, I surpassed my goal of walking a mile for exercise.
Joel is personable, professional, skilled, and most importantly, a GOOD man! I am so grateful to him for my recovery from 3 orthopedic surgeries in 2024!
In addition, the women at the front desk are welcoming and friendly. They always greet me by name.
The students who help with exercises and drills in the gym are friendly and skilled.
I most highly recommend Performance Therapy. There is nothing Joel and the staff could do better!
