Hi, My name is Joe. I have been a below knee amputee since January 2025. This is the First testimonial I have ever written for a product or company.
When deciding to seek a consensus on my procedure , the Doctors at Inspira Mullica Hill were in agreement that it would be best for my long term health to move forward w/ Dr Pilla overseeing the surgery and week of recovery.
Pro-Fit Prosthetics and Orthotics was recommended by Dr Pilla and staff because of their success rate with his Amputees.
Before my surgery the Pro-Fit called and set up a meeting with Doug and Myself at my home. We discussed the lower limb amputation and he gave me info and literature that greatly helped me.
The day of my procedure Doug from Pro Fit was in my room after recovery, checking on my status.
The following weeks and months were filled with ups and downs but the constant was Pro-Fit.
During this time I have gone through basic to lower limb prosthetics, even an Aqua prosthetic for my love of fishing and water sports.

I have never in all my 64 years been so impressed with a company and its employees as Pro-Fit. The customer service is the best experience I have had with any product or company. Their team approach achieved success in the difficult world of insurance companies and manufacturing a very specific product line in today's climate.
Pro-Fit treated me like family, with Doug and company giving me the best possible experience in a most difficult time.

I am not am amputee so i do not require their services for myself. However a buddy of mine lost his leg about 18 months ago. And today i accompanied him on a visit to profit for a repair on his prostetic and i was amazed at the level of care and concern they demonstrated. After a quick 2 min repair in which my buddy was preparing to leave. The owner Dan came out w a gentlemen named Scott and they stopped us from leaving and spent the next 2 hours adjusting his his alignment and a bunch of other things im not qualified to explain to dial in his leg. Up til today he has never looked comfortable walking, and was always in pain. But because these gentlemen actually care a great deal for the people that use their services, for the the first time since using his prostetic my friend looked comfortable while walking. Where as before he looked like every step was more painful than the last. And today for the first time he was walking without pain for the first time and each step didnt look like he was about to fall over. So to Dan and Scott I sincerely appreciate everything you did for my friend.

I lost my leg to cancer going on 10 years now. I've been with them from the start, and they are the best. Always the nicest people to deal with over the phone. It's the same thing in person. The main guy Dan Dalsey is the best orthotist that I've ever known. His knowledge is second to none. He took what his Dad, Tom Dalsey started and brought it to a whole other level. Also Scott, who builds, and fixes the sockets for the prostectics is the nicest, and coolest guy. An appointment to see them is like going to hang out with some friends. Talk about some sports, or whatever while they physically make my life better every single time. They are delightful to deal with.They are always keeping up with the latest technology, and are extremely inaviative with their prostectics. Dan is the best. On a personal note I want to say that losing my leg was one of the lowest points of my life, and I thought my life would never be the same. Well, these guys made life pretty damn close to what it was before and for that I'm forever grateful. Thank you 🙏🙏
I highly recommend pro-fit to any and all amputees. It's a no brainer for me. Thanks guys!!

Outstanding and professional people produce outstanding and professional results! I am blown away by the new prosthetic legs that were just fabricated by the fine people of Pro Fit! Doug and Scott were able to provide me with an absolute perfect pair of BK prosthetics in just 3 weeks where my previous practitioner struggled for months. Having been a double amputee my entire life, I have not felt this level of craftsmanship, benevolence and attention to my personal needs in decades! Dan, Noelle, Doug and Scott, I sincerely thank you and will think of you with every step! My only regret is not finding your company sooner!

Just want to share my experience with Pro Fit and it's extremely positive. These people went above and beyond to make my prosthetic as perfect as possible. As someone who has struggled with fit for the past 10 years I am extremely grateful that these people just never gave up when I wanted to throw in the towel long ago. Nothing was ever to much trouble and they didn't give up until it was right. I would like to recognize Doug as he is the man. Period.
