I love my doctor! She’s great I been with her so many years. She delivered my baby girl she did a great Job with my c section . And elba the receptionist help me with all paper work for the state . Very professional and polite.

I’m not the type to leave reviews good or bad but I feel like have to as someone else who also works in a medical setting. Dr obaid is a good doctor, my mom really likes her and she delivered my sisters baby as well. I’m unsure about how her office shows thoroughness and compassion for their patients. I work in a fast paced hospital setting in NY and I’m at work before Dr.Obaids office even opens and I leave work after her office closes.

Instead of leaving vital information in the voicemail her front desk girls left me they decided to loudly speak in a negative tone about how it’s hard to reach us for the follow up. Of course it’s hard to reach me I work longer hours than they do. As someone who also has to reach out to patients I don’t leave out information that’s important, maybe it would have been helpful in their voicemail to tell me that the doctor needs to see us back within six Weeks of my mom’s ultrasound and it would have been nice to tell us they have an online system which would let me book given it’s impossible for me to get on the phone to call them.

I have to follow up with patients too at work if there’s a time frame that’s urgent I need to see them for I make sure to relay that, we have an online and texting service that allows patients to book at my office and I mention that too in my voicemails.

I also would never negatively speak about a patient in their presence or make them feel bad when they’re clearly being seen for health issues. Unfortunately my mom won’t go to another office so I do have to bring her here and it’s nearby, she also doesn’t understand English so I’m grateful she doesn’t hear any of it. It’s disappointing as someone who also works in a field where patient care is priority.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Obaid for more than seven years now, and I can confidently say she is an extraordinary doctor. Thanks to Dr. Obaid, my son is alive today. Back in 2018, she was able to identify his low heartbeat in time and took the necessary steps to ensure his safety. Words cannot describe my profound gratitude toward her.

Recently,She also helped me through another difficult situation when I had a retained IUD. With her exceptional skill and care, she was able to remove it safely under general anesthesia.

Her level of expertise is truly beyond comprehension, and her compassion and professionalism make her stand out even more. Dr. Obaid will always be my number one choice, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated gynecologist!!!

We grew and began loving the staff and Dr. O Baid . She may be a tough cookie and comes across rude , she also made me see stars during the delivery … haha she spun my son with her hands just to make sure he’d come out and wouldn’t be a c section . Looking back I don’t regret anything that was done & he is absolutely perfect !!! Happy and healthy , 28 pounds later and is almost a year. Thank you Doc for everything and you sure do rule :) !!!!!!!!

She is a kind soul and professional if spme people would pay attention to the unspoken...I like how she takes her job seriously and she is straight forward..thank you Dr. Sana for everything you have done..and thanks to Alba who is very kind and cooperative...
