WOW, terrific customer service! We placed an urgent order, only to find we had an issue with it. I called into the support line and spoke with Jared Silverstein. He fixed the issue I had identified, he found at least 2 more issues with our order that he also fixed, and he walked down to the shipping department to help make sure the order got out on the same day. She gave me great info to make my order better, double & triple checking with her colleagues to make sure everything was correct. Vee worked with me over the phone and helped to expedite the delivery of my Resmed Air Mini for a trip a week from now. She gave me the best price possible, including for two day shipping. Barbara helped get the prescription from my doctor and set my order up to ship same day. I am very impressed with everyone I worked with.

One recommendation to purchasers. Leave your phone number when they offer to call you back. They do so very promptly, and you don't have to sit on the phone. They will be my go to supplier for all of my future CPAP needs.
