Virtua Urgent Care - Voorhees

I was worried about coming in for back pain, that they would just give me pain meds and send me on my way. But I had the absolute best experience and pleasure of being seen by APN Nicole Pivonka. She was very tentative and listened to all my concerns and made sure I had x-rays done and came up with a great after care plan. I seriously recommend coming to this facility for any concerns. Staff is wonderful and they get you in and out efficiently.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. Brought our son in with a knee injury from sports and they were wonderful. Maritza was very kind and gentle as she took his vitals and information. And his provider Nicole Pivonka was very knowledgeable and took excellent care of him and was very thorough. Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough positive things about Virtua Urgent Care in Voorhees. Even though I live closer to Medford, this is the location I choose every time. The care feels genuinely boutique—personalized, attentive, and centered on the patient as a human being, not just a chart.

Nicole Pivonka, APN, is truly exceptional. While no one ever wants to need urgent care, I take comfort in knowing that if I do, I will be in her care. During my visit, my pain threshold was extremely high and I became emotional. Nicole responded with extraordinary empathy and compassion—never once making me feel embarrassed or dismissed, but instead helping me feel safe, understood, and at ease.

Her clinical skill is outstanding, but it is her humanity that truly sets her apart. Even in unfortunate circumstances, seeing Nicole was reassuring because I knew I was in the best possible hands.

Virtua should be incredibly proud to have a clinician of her caliber and would be wise to recognize and reward her accordingly. Nicole is an outstanding provider and a genuinely remarkable human being.

Ariel greeted me so nicely when I arrived today. I didn’t wait long. Rose was my medical assistant who was so awesome she makes you feel really comfortable and is great at her job!! Dr Levinson is amazing!! This is my second time seeing her this year!! She always takes the time to listen to your concerns and is willing to answer all your questions!! This team is wonderful!! Had a great experience at Virtua Urgent Care in Voorhees! Maritza at the front desk was super friendly and got me checked in fast. Nicole, my doctor, was amazing! She is so attentive, really kind, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything. While we were waiting for my x-ray report she continuously checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable. She truly went above and beyond! The whole visit was smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend coming here if you ever need urgent care!
