My experience with Dr. Urban and his staff was extremely positive. He was friendly, kind and explained the procedure in a way that was easily understood. I was most impressed that Dr.Urban called me himself later on the day of the procedure to find out how I was doing. I would highly recommend him and this practice.

Dr Urban is the best surgeon and kind and understanding Doctor ever. He repaired a wound from cancer radiation that all treatments didn’t work. He and his staff are wonderful and caring and I would recommend any person to go to him and see wonderful results for whatever you need Marie

I saw Dr. Urban, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, due to Mohs procedure on my nose which required reconstruction.

Dr. Urban is without a doubt the best doctor I have experienced in my 59 years. Most doctors believe their time is more valuable than the patient but with Dr. Urban that is quite the opposite. He has been the only doctor that has ever apologized for being late to an appointment and he was only “1” minute late due to a prior appointment running over.

In my consultation and surgery, he explained everything he was going to do to my nose and why certain plastic surgery techniques would be used. He was patient and made sure I was comfortable not only by answering all my questions but also made sure I was comfortable during my surgery.

Lastly, after my surgery he said he would check in on me that night or the next day and to my surprised when my phone rang that evening it was Dr. Urban checking in on me (not a nurse like most times I’ve received follow ups if I received a call at all).

I would definitely recommend Dr. Urban if you require nose reconstruction plastic surgery!

I visited Dr. Urban several months ago when my dog got scared and bit my face causing me to need 17 stitches. I was terrified and Dr. Urban and his team were amazing. I felt comfortable and reassured the entire time. He was able to stitch me back up beautifully and now several months later you can barely tell this happened.
