Mark saved my life! I had a slipped disc that limited my ability to work or be active. I skateboarded for about 24 years and once I was in my 30s my back was really shot limiting my ability to work, be active or even be comfortable on a regular basis. With Marks expert advice of massage work, stretching(yoga in my case), inversion therapy and amazingly precise adjustments I was able to start being active again. One day while exercising I twisted my back and heard a strange squishing sound and felt a little pop, not painful just different, and boom! My vertibrae realigned and the noise I heard was my disc realigning!! I tried for 2 years with chiropractors in other states while I lived out of state, tried muscle relaxers, yoga alone and every other possible thing one could do. I even tried steroid treatment and not single thing work until I came home to see Mark! Going on about 19 years since the first time I stepped into his office that was then in Lacey. I don't think I could every find another chiropractor that could even compare to this man. Not only as a professional but as a person.
