This practice (Nutley office) has run its course. My in-laws were patients here for decades, but some of the front desk staff is crude and I have waited weeks for a follow-up phone call regarding simple questions about bloodwork and tests. We came to find out that our NP retired, and there was no notice given (which likely explains the lack of a return call). My wife has waited for a total of well over 90 minutes over the last week for a simple phone call to re-send a prescription to the pharmacy (since it wasn't sent the first time) and either has to wait an obscene length of time (no-call back system) or gets hung up on prior to them answering. Moving on.

This office is like a well oiled machine. When it is your turn to get seen, one PA is there to do the intake and go over what is going on with you. Then they sent me down the hall for a breathing test, next chest x ray. The staff and Doctor were extremely professional and courteous. Very thorough. I would recommend. I went here specifically for my lungs (pulmonology).

While the office hours vary day by day (which is not listed on their answering machine when closed) the service and care provided is exemplary. Typically if there is an emergency they will do their best to squeeze you in; either at this location or at one of the other offices within two towns away. Wait time is to be expected but, with an appointment, the median wait time is around 15-20 minutes. The staff is hospitable and the Doctor along with the nurse practitioners are both friendly and dutiful. All around it is a nice environment.

Parking and office hour notifications during close times could be better.
