Unfortunately I had to bring my cat in for end of life care. From the moment we arrived at the front desk until we left- everyone was professional, kind, and compassionate. My cat was peaceful throughout the stay! Dr Daniella Morris was exceptional during the whole process! Everyone’s kindness is much appreciated during this difficult time! The photo my boy in his prime and at the end!

My Vet recently diagnosed my over 16 year old cat with Kidney Failure.
We discussed choices for her. He said he would give her a chance if she was his cat. We decided AES
was where I needed to take her. They had 24 hour 7 days a week every day of the year. A Dr. Was always present.
Our arrival was met with the kindest receptionist I have met.
They really cared for the comfort of my cat. They explained everything
They were going to do and why.
She was there for 2.5 days. I was allowed to visit any time. I did, and held her over an hour. She then had to go back to them for the blood tests that day. Her Medical
Record noted how she was calmer
    After my visit.
She came home the evening of
Christmas Eve. Over the next few days she ate well, and was energized for her new health. She went back once, but was released
    After some Fluids.
Today she was back to her Vet. Her tests show her kidney values
Dropping with each test. We have a plan moving forward to give her the best quality of life possible.
The staff at AES took a difficult
Case, over the holiday season. They made me and my cat comfortable giving treatment and encouragement. Her new kidney food was given to me to cover her needs until Chewy could deliver a
Selection of brands to see what she prefers to eat.
I am confident that they got my Suki stabilized with this condition.
When my Vet is closed, or we have
Immediate needs, I will not hesitate to bring her back for care. I have already recommended this facility
    To one of my neighbors.
Thank you, and have a very Happy New Year!

We took our dog to this Animal Emergency Service back in 2018 and we were disappointed with it. We had to go back there last week and we had a completely different experience! The facility has been upgraded since then and the staff was much improved! The doctor we had was wonderful and was confident, caring, and compassionate. The prices are obviously higher than our regular vet but not extreme. The service we got was worth the money though. Highly recommend this animal hospital in its current form.

Pudding never would’ve made it without AES. I took my cat’s two week old kitten into Animal emergency services after being attacked by a dog and they treated her with the highest level of care. I received pictures of her from them and called relentlessly to check in and they were so patient with me. The entire staff is friendly and kind. They were so clear on how to best take care of her at home and now this baby is stronger than ever. I can’t imagine how things could have gone for pudding if I didn’t take her to AES and I couldn’t recommend another emergency vet more.
