Carlo's Pizza

I was very impressed with everything. Pizza was delicious. Huge slices. The facility is very clean and staff is friendly. I use their bathroom and the bathrooms are very clean.

The plain cheese slice was sooooo good! Excellent unique crust and the sauce was perfectly balanced. Gooey cheese-pull, not to mention the slice was enormous.

I just ate a slice of Margherita and a slice with Pepperoni and fresh mushrooms. As full as I am I wish I could eat them all over again. Pure deliciousness. Amazing dough, crispy crust, delicious homemade sauce. If you haven't tried it yet your missing out

A friend recommended Carlos for their pizza. I decided to take the 40 minute drive to give it a try. I was not disappointed!!! The slices are huge and had perfect thin crispy crust, NYC style!!! Also, the service was very good. I want to try a pizza pie to go to compare. Will update in the future.

New to the area and saw this place was highly rated. First time the pizza we got was amazing. Second time we got pizza there it was mediocre at best. We chocked it up to a busy night and a flop order. It happens. Then we ordered pizza again and the pizza was not worth the money. Last week, I was exhausted from work and didn't want to cook so my husband ordered Shrimp Parm and I got a Chicken Marsala, not nearly what I was hoping. I again gave it the benefit of the doubt, must just be a busy night. Fine okay.

I order here today since I work in the Medical Field and going out isn't an option for me (it would be selfish for me to possibly subject others to whatever COVID exposures I may have had). It's my anniversary tonight, and I wanted to treat my husband to a special meal so I ordered him his favorite, Chicken Francaise dinner meal (entree, small salad, choice of pasta, bread) and I just ordered chicken tenders with honey mustard. Let me just say, what a let down. It would have been better to have exhausted myself after a 12hour day and cook than to order here

The food arrived over 45mins late. That never happened before. My husband's dinner was cold and missing the side salad and bread. My chicken tenders (all 3.5 of them) were cold. Carlo's did decide to treat me to limp, soggy, cold french fries I never ordered. And laid my chicken tenders on them. The honey mustard that the website states the tenders come with was missing.

I paid full price and tipped head of time online upon placing my order. And this was my food and service? Disappointing.
