Went there for the boy scout jamboree weekend. Our pack was at site 20, very nice and convenient. Right across from the bathrooms, nice size fire ring with cooking grill integrated into the ring. New water spigots everywhere, if I would have known I would have brought my hose from my RV and ran it to our campsite. Very clean and well kept. Playground is brand new. Our pack had a great time both at the jamboree and the campground.

I like the tent and RV campsites are separate. They have everything you need, power, water, dishwasher and shower for free 👍👍👍

Cathedral Pines is a state park on Long Island. It's very secluded surrounded by forest. The rv spots are paved, pull thru, and flat. They have 30/50 amp and water. There is a dump station on the way out. You'll find a large playground, bocce ball courts, horse shoe pits, and a lot of hiking trails. We've found it very peaceful and relaxing here. After 4,000 miles on the road it's a nice break. Just a few miles away you have all of the stores that you need.

The RV pads are nice and there's plenty of restrooms, the staff was friendly. Water tanks are dumped at a central location. I would give Cathedral Pines a five-star review if the bathrooms were remodeled.

I have camped there in the past, but I was only here for an afternoon walk. Since the redo of the RV side, it looks wonderful. They now have water, electric and pull through sites. Looks really nice
