I have been seeing Carolyn since March 2025. I have Primary Lymphedema in my left leg. She is truly remarkable. I had SAPL surgery in October 2025. She was in constant contact with my doctor on my treatments ,came to my home and me to her home for wrappings . She is truly remarkable. She is so encouraging and truly in invested in your care. She has become family and truly I wouldn’t know to do without her. Her dedication and motivation to me has made a difficult recovery go a lot smoother.

I am so grateful for Carolyn and the incredible care she has given me throughout my back pain recovery. She is truly outstanding—knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen. Her one-on-one attention made me feel heard and supported every step of the way. Her manual therapy skills are excellent, and she brings creativity to the exercises she designs, making them both effective and tailored to my needs. What stands out the most is how much she truly cares, which gave me the confidence and motivation I needed during my journey. Carolyn gave all her undivided attention to my care. I injured my thoracic spine/rib and she took the one on one time to thoroughly assess my restrictions, weaknesses, and movement deficits and created a personalized plan to address the problem. With the right hands on treatment and home exercise program I was quickly able to return to full duty without any pain whatsoever. She has been easy to communicate with, easygoing, and amazing to work with. I never worked with someone as detailed as her. She is truly passionate in what she does and should always be considered for the highest quality of care!

A bilateral mastectomy, removal of many lymph nodes, and impending treatments of chemo and radiation brought me to Carolyn. She has been and continues to be tantamount to my recovery. Attention to detail, strong hands/deep massage to move stubborn pools of lymphatic fluids and reduce swelling, exemplary in explaining how best to administer daily care/massage to control lymphedema, restore range of motion, strengthen muscles, etc., Carolyn has been my conduit to more normalcy and significantly less pain and discomfort. She. Is. Awesome.

From the very first session, I felt completely supported and in good hands. Dr. Baek is incredibly caring, attentive, and truly great at what she does. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and always tailors each session to what I need most. I’ve seen real progress thanks to her expertise and support.
