CitiMed JFK Airport

The only medical office that I don’t mind going to! The wait is never long, in fact, every time I arrive early, I’m always in and out BEFORE my appointment time. Citimed @JFK Airport is a one stop-shop. You can get your appointment with your doctor and go to physical therapy, acupuncture or see a chiropractor all in the same building. Physical therapy is always quick and easy. Facilities are clean functioning. The staff is wonderful, kind and knowledgeable. From the front desk ladies, to the doctors and the physical therapist. Well trained and courteous. I also go to the Citimed diagnostic of Rego Park and it also holds up to the reputation of this location. Never an issue, in and out within the hour. Definitely will continue to recommend others to come here.

The medical team was incredibly professional, attentive, and compassionate, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Overall, the level of care and service at CitiMed is truly top-notch. Highly recommend! Moreover, the staff Daniela, Darlin, Vivian, Diana, and Angelica, all are excellent professional who go above and beyond in everything they do.

I love getting treated at this facility. They make me feel less stressed. The waiting period isn't that bad. The staff is very friendly. Victoria is always professional and ensure all my documents are completed on time.
