The Computer Service Center understood the issue with my laptop and fixed it quickly. They were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
I want to sincerely thank Computer Service Center and their employees for excellent, personalized service a week ago.
When it became obvious my 4-year-old HP laptop needed a battery replacement, I first attempted this simple action with my nearest computer megastore, where I had purchased the laptop. Long story short, this "megastore" no longer even has a public phone number to ascertain whether the needed battery was in stock, let alone make an appointment or obtain a price quote. In other words, no problem being corporatized and dehumanized to the point of becoming like stock on the shelves, all to save a buck.
Glenn, the president of Computer Service Center, not only took care of the battery issue, but recommended I expand the RAM capacity, as well. Result? Better than new!
Glenn at Computer Service Center was great. He explained exactly what was wrong with my computer, how he would fix it and even worked on it on a Saturday when the Computer Service Center is normally closed. Will definitely be returning for any issues I have in the future
