After being a loyal customer at not one but two of my businesses for over 25 years I had to write this review today. I have to start by saying the days of good customer service with LDI are gone. It is time for your employees to get back in the office and do their jobs. It is truly sad at what’s gone from a wonderful company to deal with to the LDI of today. Might be time to shop around for a company that supports their product and has customer service. I’ve spent hours on the phone the last two weeks and have yet to get someone to follow through or even take a payment for an annual contract. The portal is not working from a phone so instead of taking my payment the reps answer is get a computer. Are you seriously going to say that’s the answer like If I had access to a computer this moment I would be wasting my time chasing someone to take my money. If they don’t want to take money and I surely can’t get IT help you won’t be having that cushy stay at home job much longer
1st time doing business with this company in the transportation side. Great customer services specially a gentleman name Danny in the receiver department very polite and patient and professional Thank you for waiting for the load 😊
