While the buying experience on their website is great, the customer service aspect leaves a bit to be desired. I have sent several emails to various sales or customer service folks asking a question and they have thus far been unresponsive.
I called their toll free number and a lady answered who was rather terse and short, like she was bothered to assist me. I am not sure this supplier is going to be appropriate long term if their customer service is this difficult and problematic.
Serversupply came highly recommended but I am not sure that recommendation was fitting. I will be considering other suppliers before I shop at Server Supply again.
I've been buying from this company for years, always receiving everything extremely quickly and conveniently. Their prices are competitive, their service is impeccable. A recent shipping issue (not their fault) with one of my orders had me calling them for support, and they resolved the issue immediately and perfectly and followed up to ensure customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this company for all server supply needs!
