I ordered the steak taco and unfortunately the meat was on the hard side and had an unpleasant smell. The ladies at the front were kind, but overall the food quality wasn’t what I expected. I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Food was crazy good - lost 1 star for very bland rice. I got a Crazy Burrito and it was big and tasty. I can't wait to go back; the staff is SO nice! Loved my experience.

My favorite places for authentic Mexican food. Plus, great burgers. My favorite is the Mexicana.

Visiting Poughkeepsie and wanted something different for lunch after walking over the Hudson. Looked up local restaurants and found this place. What an awesome surprise! Had a delicious and authentic Mexican lunch. We ordered the street tacos (lengua, chorizo, carnitas), taco amigos (chicken and carnitas) and the elote street corn. We also had the homemade horchata, which was delicious and gigantic. This place has a big menu, but the Mexican food is what to get - it’s fresh, homemade, and authentic. Service was wonderful - friendly and efficient.

    Lengua was tasty and tender.
    Chorizo had great flavor.
    Carnitas was succulent and delicious.
Elote street corn wasn’t roasted or grilled, so not our favorite, but that’s just personal preference.

Highly recommend a visit and sad I won’t be able to visit more often!
