All hype… My experience was very underwhelming. The food was super expensive (almost $100 just for 2 people) and tiny portions. The food did not seem fresh or hot either. It seems as though they that are using their brand to draw people in but are not actually delivering a good product. This is my experience and I hope this helps you as well,,
The best place to eat out with your family in the mountains! We had an amazing experience — the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish felt like it was made with care. The service was just as impressive: warm, welcoming, and super attentive. It’s not easy to find a spot that’s both family-friendly and high quality, but this place nailed it. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
Both of the items I ordered where dry - hard to chew and rubbery
I kept on adding on more sauces
Heartless food = very Comercial
We were excited to try this place after checking out the menu online during our drive home from Upstate. The dishes looked fresh, and although a bit pricey, we figured the portion sizes and quality would justify the cost. Ordering online through Toast was simple and smooth, as we’ve used it many times before. Our order was ready on arrival, and the staff was friendly.
We chose to dine in rather than eat in the car, and the dining area was clean, and spacious — a nice surprise.
Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite live up to expectations. While everything looked appealing, the flavors and portions left a lot to be desired. The tacos, which were $20 for three, were shockingly small — more like amuse-bouche than a main dish — and the toppings were almost nonexistent. The menu mentioned pickled red onions and microgreens, but what we got was a single sliver of something green (the size of a blade of grass), and a small pickle slice. No red onions in sight.
The Pad Thai appeared fresh but was lacking in flavor — it just didn’t have that savory, balanced punch the dish typically delivers. The Twosome Beef Baguette was flavorful, but again, quite small for the price. As for the “spicy” fries, they were coated in something red (possibly paprika?), but had zero heat and very little flavor — a big letdown given the name.
Overall, while the experience was fine in terms of service and atmosphere, the food felt overpriced for what was delivered, both in portion size and taste. We really wanted to love it, but sadly, it just didn’t hit the mark.
We were upstate for visiting day and took our son out for lunch. Place is amazing but expensive. Very clean. Food looks fresh. Bathroom needed attention and were given attention once notified. Plenty of space to sit including outside seating. Helpful and friendly staff to help you understand the menu and how to order. Food was delicious—the steak salad was a bit heavy for my wife. So we would order without sauce next time. Absolutely worth the trip if you are upstate. I hope the open a place in the city.
