Elegant Eating

Attended a NYE party catered by Elegant Eating. The braised short ribs were incredible, not fatty, sauce was silky with great depth of flavor. The mac and cheese was a hit with both kids and parents. The chicken franchese was a perfect sized cutlet and beautifully sauced. The eggplant rollitini held up perfectly and didn’t melt and deconstruct upon heating. My wife and I were so impressed that we can’t wait to throw a party of our own and use Elegant Eating.

Where do I start?
Neil & Elegant Eating saved my day on Friday, 24th ,2025 & made my Fall party with friends possible on Sunday, 10/26/25.

*After months of planning, the private chef who had initially committed to preparing a set menu (appetizers & dinner) ~
4 months prior mind you, stated he could not work my party literally at the very last minute (not even two days prior), hence he, (Nick) will never be hired again. *Then less than 3 hours later, by some miracle, he stated he could work my party- (knew in my heart at this point, I could no longer trust him & had to come up with a PLAN B quickly).

*To be honest, it was truly a blessing in disguise, not only was Elegant Eating available (luckily), from the very moment I walked in the door, Neil greeted with a warm hello & a hug and met Barbara immediately afterwards...and I just knew everything was going to be ok & also perfect.

*There were so many amazing choices and with Neil's guidance, a wonderful menu was selected.

*On Sunday, the day of my Fall Party, Barbara, Karen (chef) & Magdalena arrived perfectly on time & they were so on point with everything not to mention so incredibly kind & very professional.

*Everything that was served (hors d'oeuvres /appetizers & the main dishes & the fruit cups were all absolutely delicious & flavorful! Also, the overall quality & the freshness of everything they prepared for my party wonderful.

*The next day, I received so many calls & texts from my friends raving about the food & also raving the service by the 3 amazing women from Elegant Eating's staff (Barbara, Karen & Magdalena).

I use Elegant Eating for every special occasion. The food is out of this world delicious. The service is above and beyond exceptional. If there were more than 5 stars to give I would absolutely give them more. Most recently I used them for my wife's 60th birthday. I'm still thinking about the pulled pork sandwiches (OMG!). Magdalena and JeanneAnn were the epitome of professional. We loved them so much we wanted them to join the party. They politely declined but you could see how much they wanted to make it special for my wife. We had an with a gluten, soy, dairy allergy....Magdalena and JeanneAnn went out of their way and made her a special sandwich for her so she could feel included. I was blown away by their kindness. They were amazing!! Thank you, once again, Elegant Eating, for making my wife's 60th an above and beyond celebration!

I absolutely love Elegant Eating! Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their clients truly set them apart.
