My boyfriend and I tried the Meal prep signature dishes and they are absolutely amazing!! Packed with protein and so much flavor. Now we get to achieve our fitness goals and spend more time together during busy weeks. Thank you !!
Great spot for meal prep or just good healthy meals in general. Best part about foundation is that they keep protein packed products that you wouldn't normally find in your average supermarket. I personally suggest the Hawaiian Bowl but you can't really go wrong here especially with their seasonal specials bowls and shakes. A++

Foundation Shrub Oak is the best incarnation of their franchise. There are top of the line supplements and products for sale. The store is clean and fresh with an inviting atmosphere.The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the products and services offered. The store offers healthy food options, prepped meals and shakes all using the best ingredients. The food they serve is of high quality so it makes this location an upscale venue at reasonable pricing. The food rivals other restaurants and the pizzas can stand against pizza shops in the area. This is a great spot for quality whole meals and also supplements. There is something for everyone here while maintaining their identity as a hub for athletes and weightlifters.
Owner is a great dude, love his energy. He gave me a free shirt and shaker with my pre workout which was also $15 cheaper in the store than online!! Great place!
