Me and my gf went here for dinner and drinks on our last night in the city before heading back to Vancouver. It was a great experience and had Kenny as our server. He was very attentive even though he was serving a rather large event as well. Can’t say enough good things about him and the food/drinks were really tasty! Looking forward to returning here and we hope to have him again serving us as he made our visit so much more enjoyable.

I had a genuinely fantastic experience at Friedman’s special East Meets West location! They have tons of celiac safe gluten free options, so I was in heaven. I got a lot and it was all good. Especially the sesame chicken and rock shrimp tempura 😭😍

Fantastic gluten-free dumplings — just like in Hong Kong! We ate every GF option and loved them all. Friendly staff, clear GF labeling, and top-notch protocols make this a must.

My friend and I needed to find a celiac friendly restaurant and came across this place. My friend was so beyond excited because the dumplings were gluten free and they haven’t had a dumpling in ages. Their joy and genuine excitement made my whole day. The food tasted delicious and was filling enough to keep us content for the rest of the day. Everything tasted absolutely amazing and was packed with flavor. Thank you!
