Heal Yoga with Amanda is something special, not only because of the beautiful location, but because she is a wonderful person. She'll not only teach you how to do yoga, she'll teach you how to grow as a human being.
Since I found this beautiful yoga class back in 2020. I have not stopped coming.
I feel very grateful to be able to meet Amanda and be certain that there are more people looking for a space to meditate, do yoga, have a moment of silence that we need so much in this world full of so much technology and we do not disconnect.
And in addition to that, being able to meet beautiful people who over time become good friends.
I love this class like you have no idea and I love the sunrises near the beach. This place is magical with Amanda's yoga class, and she always surprises us with the powerful messages on the cards at the end of class.
Truly, Amanda has a very powerful gift that she is sharing with the world. Thanks Amanda. I love you! Keep sharing the love.
Such an amazing experience. From the ambience, the calming music that plays, this is one of my favorite places to be! AND THAT SUNRISE? *chefs kiss* Amanda is great at what she does & such an amazing soul. 10/10 will always recommend!
