Both Drs and staff are wonderful. Very thorough and take their time to explain. Their ‘new’ location is perfect. Clean and orderly with lots of room. I feel very good about recommending both Dr. Ferris to anyone.
Dr Ferri is very friendly, and great with patients. She takes time to explain and answer questions. The place is clean, and well equipped with high tech machine. Love they have late hours 2 days a week. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.
Dr. Ferri fit me in on the day I called with an eye issue. She was very reassuring - I was concerned - and created a follow up care plan, taking my insurance limitations into consideration. Everyone in the practice is very kind and welcoming each time I visit. I would highly recommend Homer Rich Eye Care.
Great practice! Impressive and extremely current in their optical technology. Both doctors are outstanding in regards to their patient care, their level of knowledge, professionalism and with the amount of time they spent with me. If you need glasses, Karen is a fantastic lady and stayed when the practiced changed hands. (If you knew Lenny, you know. 🥰) Highly recommend
I see a lot if 5 star reviews, but unfortunately, I can not offer the same. Bedside manner is very important to me. No smiles or introductions. I had to ask who was who. No explanations. The doctor ticked off a list of health concerns like she was reading me a shopping list: you have blood behind the eye, you have cataracts. I need to see your blood sugar. No explanations. Come back next week and we'll go from eye care insurance to medical insurance. Take these eye drops, read the pamphlet. Just a dry clinical experience. I had no feeling of humanity or caring. I canceled my follow up and ill keep searching for someone who can be more like Dr. Glassman, who was a great Dr. and who could also make you feel like an intelligent adult, worthy of respect.
