Vala was very professional took lots of time testing and explaining what the hearing test showed showed me different hearing aids it was a excellent experience I’m glad I chose them to finally get my hearing tested
The staff is very pleasant and helpful. I have gone to the previous technicians for many years and I was always Larry about going to Belltone, but so far things are OK if I have problems I can get an appointment rather quickly to solve them they they take time to explain things And help you out. They are very knowledgeable. I would recommend them.
The staff is very helpful. They are also very prompt. I had a lady by the name of Vala Who was very nice and took care of my problem immediately and offered to do anything else that you could do to help me I have had a pleasant experience with this company and it’s been pretty helpful to me. I’ve had some issues. But none of them really severe, and they were taken care of right away
