We had a difficult transaction as part of an estate sale and Jerry not only assisted in navigating through the challenges of selling but was a strong advocate in areas that were contentious. He had my interests at heart throughout and while I can say I was not the largest property of the many he had listed, he made me feel like I was the only one he focused on. When Jerry did not update me, his associate Shelly was there to make sure I had the latest information. They also had a complete understanding of the marketplace and gave me honest and accurate assessments throughout the process. Highly recommend him and his firm.
