great in store website needs absolute overhaul, things out of stock for months, things in stock but really out of stock. Things in store are no on the website rod and reel combos that they have, like i said store is great amazing they should really do a overhaul of their website could be super beneficial

Just purchased a new saltwater set up this morning. After purchasing I Called and asked about having them spool some line on the reel before sending it and Matt helped me out right away. He asked me what kind of line I wanted he said no problem I’ll take care of it for you won’t even charge you for it. Fantastic customer service. Explained to me the reel would ship out in a few days and the rod will be coming seperate from the manufacturer but they usually ship out quickly as well. Definitely will be doing business with them again, as a business owner myself the customer service was top notch. Great work.
