East End Blinds & Window Treatments

We recently moved from a house with traditional decor to a modern architecture townhouse and employed East End Blinds to provide virtually all our new window and door treatments. I couldn't be more pleased with the final results. EEB has a solid "team" concept that works exceptionally well. The design folks gave us a variety of ideas, the nuts-and-bolts folks were great at troubleshooting and installation, the administrative folks facilitated the interaction, and Tom, the owner, was involved in all aspects of our project and accessible when needed. The products are Hunter-Douglas with a solid reputation for quality and warranty. We purchased plantation shutters for windows and a front door w/sidelights, a vertiglide for a sliding-glass door (which thrills me every day) w/matching honeycomb window shade, silhouette and regular roller shades for the bedrooms. We did have an issue initially with our master bedroom shades, which might have been due to the window construction itself, but Tom and the team persevered and ultimately prevailed.
