Tattoo Maven

Gavin and Tom are great guys over here. Drew up what my wife and i were looking for while having some laughs. Came out great.

First, I have to mention how CLEAN this tattoo shop is. Easily the cleanest shop I've stepped foot in. Everyone there was so welcoming and easy to talk to while sitting in the chair being tattooed. I was tattooed by George. His work is truly incredible, his attention to detail, his line work, everything. I had this idea for a tattoo for YEARS and George was able to bring this idea to life. I knew it was going to come out amazing, and it came out even better than I expected. I will 100% be recommending this shop and even going back for more tattoos when the time comes.

I’ve never felt more comfortable getting a tattoo. Gavino makes the whole experience easy and fun, and the result is pure perfection. He’s an artist in every sense of the word!

My girlfriend and I have been going to tattoo maven for 5 years now and we have had nothing but amazing experiences every single visit. The atmosphere is amazing and everyone there is like family to each other. I am now completing my 2nd sleeve and I am beyond satisfied with the outcome. Edwin puts his heart and soul into every tattoo that he does. It is so hard to find an artist nowadays that is willing to do that. Edwin makes tattoos feel painless. The shop as a whole is unbelievable. I’ve recommended all of my friends to get tattooed at tattoo maven, many which got tattooed by edwin but also by Greg, Gavin, and Adam. They all love their results because every artist in there is unique in their own and way that is what makes tattoo maven a perfect, well rounded, tattoo shop. I can’t recommend them enough.

I highly recommend coming to Tattoo Maven! I have been coming here for about the past 3 years. Gregg has done almost all of the tattoos I have. I can’t explain how much I love coming here. Everyone is exceptionally friendly and personable. Whenever I come to get tattoos other artists in the shop come to check out what I'm getting with good spirits and always seem genuinely interested and give compliments. Over the past years Gregg has been like a friend, always ready with enthusiasm to see what I want tattooed and open to my ideas. He has done a great job on my tattoos whether I give a general idea or provide my own stencils, he is really outstanding with the fine lines I ask for. He executed the tattoos for my half sleeve wonderfully, which are all family related so it meant a lot that they came out just as I imagined. I have gotten many compliments on my tattoos, and when they ask where I go, I immediately share tattoo mavens Instagram. While getting tattooed Gregg always recommends the best placement and lets me check the stencil to ensure it’s exactly like I want it. He keeps a clean workspace and talks through the process. He is very accommodating and will make sure I'm doing okay while he is tattooing. He has no problem if I need a break, have any pain/ tingles, or need some candy! The shop is very fair priced, and they always have good music to listen to. They have tattoo aftercare that I have bought, they offer a small travel size and a large tub. I recommend the large tub, it’s very smooth, smells good and helps with the healing process. Tattoo Maven gives a space you can feel comfortable in. Sometimes I prefer to talk, sometimes I like to be quiet and sometimes I like to laugh watching The Maury Show. I have great memories and experiences coming here, it’s the only tattoo shop I go to. I look forward to getting more work done in the future. I also enjoy that they have various drinks available for purchase in case I forget mine, this comes in handy.
For another tattoo artist in the shop, I had a gear shift tattoo done by Gavin while he was still an apprentice. He is a very friendly and easygoing person, whose talents I've seen grow tremendously over the years!
I have also gotten a piercing from Gregg on the flat part of my ear. He was very clean and pierced me quick, painless, and precise. He makes sure to map out the piercing so there are no problems afterwards. Before we went ahead with the piercing he did give me a warning as this was during the time of covid where we had to wear masks, to be extra careful with wearing and removing them to not hurt or irritate the area. He also recommended, as I wear glasses, to make sure I clean them with soap and water periodically (this was something I didn't even think of doing) After the piercing was done he made sure to give me the explanation on aftercare.
Overall, the whole shop is welcoming, professional and will make you smile. I don’t plan on going anywhere else for my future tattoos!
